Am I ok?

I am experiencing some soreness in my lower back and sides. My penis seems to leak a little more after urinating then usual.  It doesnt hurt to pee and im not running a fever or anything.  I had this same problem when I was 20 yrs old (28 now)  but it hurt when I urinated so I went and got tested for STD's which came out negative, then had my kidneys checked, which also came back negative.  I was referred to a urologist and he said my prostate was inflammed and reccommended that I take warm baths to help with the inflamation (inflammation) but didnt prescribe me any drugs.  I now am having these same symptoms minus the pain when urinating. I have a small faint white spot on my penis head.  Can you please give me some advice.  Is an inflammed prostate causing this again, and is there anything i can do about it.

Thanks!

What other urinary symptoms are you experiencing?
Do you have any frequency or urgency  or do you have to strain while passing urine?

An inflammed prostate or prostatitis could cause some of the above symptoms

The only urinary symptom you have described is dribbling after urinating which is not uncommon.

You will need examination by a urologist including a digital rectal examination and possibly a urinalysis.

This is for patient information only and does not substitute for medical advice.

I urinated a little more often then usual, but there is no burning pain like before.  My back is a little sore and I have a faint white (flat dot) on my penis head that comes and goes

One more thing I forgot to mention was that I had a sperm test done because my wife and I are trying to have children.  My first test showed that my sperm count was fine but I had low motility, I took another test to make sure after I was experincing the symptoms above and my sperm count came out low this time.  Im going to see the urlogist but could you give me some ideas what could be going on and are there ways to correct the sperm count and motility.

Thanks again!
