Are anal fistula and morning discharge related?

So, I think Im falling apart. I haven't gotten it confirmed yet, I have a DR appointment in about 2 weeks, but I believe I have an anal fistula that hurts like hell when it fills up. When it pops, it is the biggest relief ever. That's not the only thing that is bugging me. Every morning, and only in the morning, I have a milky substance come out of my penis that looks relatively close to the same stuff as my "butt lump". The fluid that comes out of my penis is only a drop and I have to milk it out. I know the prostate creates fluid to to assist when ejaculation occurs and that can be the cause of morning discharge. I am wondering if the two problems are related, and trying to prepare for what my DR is going to say. Thanks
