Bleeding prostate

My son is 43 years old. He has a very enlarged prostate which is almot hanging out of his anus. he has bloodied his underware for the last 3 days.
I am way away overseas and I want to know your opinion. Please

Has he seen a doctor?

From the description of "hanging out of his anus" it doesn't sound like the prostate but hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids that bleed tend to have less pain.

Until he could see a doctor, it would be best to eat a diet that is high in fiber. You may even consider taking laxatives. This is to reduce the effort required to pass stool and limit the bleeding.
