As sonu78 mentioned the blood could be present because of several reasons.  It could be something as simple as an infection.  I had this happen years ago after a "straddle" injury.  I strongly suggest you go to a doctor or urologist and have it checked out.  Don't wait for the symptoms to get worse.

Hi,
Blood appearing in the semen is known as haematospermia.
There is nothing alarming about this. The probable / likely causes would be
Urinary tract infections;
Prostatitis;
Sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea or chlamydia;
Benign prostate hypertrophy;
Surgical procedures such as prostate biopsy or bladder catheterization;
Trauma to the testicles or prostate;
Cancer of the prostate, bladder or reproductive organs.

Young men who have a single episode of bleeding that goes away on its own generally need no evaluation other than an examination by your doctor and a urine specimen.
