Cowper's gland post radical prostatectomy
What happens to the Cowper's gland during and after radical prostatectomy surgery?  Will the body's ability to lubricate itself before sex ever return?

the gland usually remains and still actually "works". You seem to know it's function and will still have pre-*** during a long session. Lubrication for what is my question? I suspect that you and most of us here need external lube on our tools and the use for the internal lube the cowper gland produces is no longer of any use....but...just to see a few drops is a small victory I guess. Good luck
