Diagnosed cancer

11 months ago I had PSA 6.2 and performed a biopsy test (12 samples). The prognosis was positive: Gleason 6, T1.
6 months later I repeated the tests: PSA 6.1 and positive cancer (Gleason 6, T1, 30 samples). I was recommend/advised treating by either of the existing methods (by 3 different dotors). However, they also told me that I don't have to harry with my decision since its at a very early stage.
I took a decision to treat it via a diet and physical activity. I took the advice of a food clinician who first diagnosed me and I started a diet and added some foof additives according to the diagnosis (that included some additional weaknesses that needed reinforcement). i.e. I stopped eating red meat and milk products; I eat a lot of fresh and cooked vegetables and fruits; Fish. I also walk about 8 Km daily at an average speed of 5.8 Km/h.
After 10 weeks of "treatment" my PSA declined to 3.86.
Would it be right to presume that my cancer has also retreated with that decline?
What would you advise me to do now?

Thank you for your question. You have biopsy confirmed cancer. Your PSA remains elevated and a drop in the level can be attributed to several causes, inflammation BPH, medications, etc.

Given your early stage disease, it would be prudent to proceed with curative therapy (i.e. surgery or radiation).
