Ejaculation and urine

I am 7 weeks post robotic radical prostactectomy, and I remain somewhat incontinent [generally stress incontinence - coughing, yawning, sudden position changes] and using 100mg sildenafil q.o.d. to hopefully restore the abilty to achieve erections.  I CAN have an orgasm, during which I produce [what I assume is] urine.  Is this normal?  Will this resolve on it's own?  Can I hasten it's resolution (I already do Keegel exercises) on my own or with medical assistance?  I'm 57 y.o., in otherwise good health, had a Gleason Score of 6.0 with involvement of 1% of the prostate gland, both bundles were [supposedly] preserved, and had no ED PRIOR to surgery.

I experienced the same situation with urine during foreplay and ejaculation.  It is called "Climacturia".  Fortunately it resolved itself after about 14 months.  I try not to drink too many liquids before sex and drain my bladder as much as possible during.  This is one of the side effects that the Uro's don't always mention.
