Is it possible for a 14 year old boy to have prostate cancer?

I am 14 years of age. Resently i have been having mild pain after or during urination. But just today i had what i think was a prostate attack during my lunch period. When i went to use the restroom, after urination i had a extreme pain in my bladder area. It was not directly in my peneal area but right above it and in my chest. Also my lower back has been hurting for about 2 weeks now.I don't think that this is a prostate attack because i am simply to young. I hope that you can explain my symptoms.Thank you for your time.
