PSA usually drops after Hormone Therapy. With Gllison Score 7 have you got the Biopsy done? Only that can lead to some other treatment, because Hormone therapy is just evassive treatment to slow down the cancer so that other procedures can be done.

Hi Lallan,
my husband had a radical prostatectomy in January 2010.
Post op 3 months after surgery PSA rose to 33.5
Surgeon put him on Lupron and Casodex.
He's about two weeks in to therapy.
What were your side effects from the ADT and Lupron?
I'm concerned about the possible cardiac problems associated with this therapy.
thanks
