Hi there!

Though the chances are exceedingly low, pregnancy is still possible with tubes tied. However, most of the times it is ectopic and may require termination. Hence, if you experience missed periods it is always better to run a pregnancy test after a week (3 weeks after an alleged intercourse) and if positive immediately report to your gynaecologist.
Hope this information is helpful.

Take care!
