My PSA has gone from 165 to 236 after a course of Zoladex.

Kevin,

I am only basing this reply on readings that I have done as a PCa survivor (PSA = 0 since 2007 RRP). I am not an MD.

With numbers like that, changing at such rapid velocity, I would strongly suggest you consult with one or more oncologists, radiologists, and/or urological surgeons as soon as you can. What did your doctor advise when s/he gave you the info about the PSA levels?

Take care of yourself.
