Hi,
Brown discharge from ejaculation could be either due to some acute infections or due to trauma. As opined by Dean536, do consult an urologist.
Having a brown discharge from ejaculation may or may not be a sign of prostate cancer. The brown discharge may be an indication of blood in the ejaculate ("hematospermia"), which may have several possibilities. It may mean an infection in the male reproductive tract (e.g. prostatitis or epididymitis). It may also indicate some traumatic injury to that area. Urinary stones are also a common cause of hematospermia. Finally, cancer should be considered if a blood-tinged ejaculate is seen in a man who is at least forty years old. You may need to see a urologist to properly evaluate your condition.
