did you try not exercising so much, of course I don't know how much you do, but I had a friend who was quite the runner, etc. and he said when he cut back his performance increased, his doctor told him this, something about hormones going to the leg muscles instead of the penis....
Hi,
Thanks very much for the feedback however, as I am only 25, I am trying to find an alternative which would not have me taking pills. I've been to 3 urologists already who told me nothing was wrong with me physically however, I find it hard to believe when I can barely get myself up on my own.
I'm actually able to have sex without the assistance of pills however, it seems like work most of the time as I can barely keep it up (especially when switching positions). My gf says she doesn't notice any difference however I do and don't want to become impotent by the time I reach 30. Not having a good tme over here and needless to say, it's causing me an enormous amount of anxiety.

Hi,
I knew someone who told me the same thing....It may be exercising too much, try cutting back.
Maybe you are drinking too much, you have heard that the story about drinking 8 glasses is a myth, just drink when thirsty, your food supplies most of the water you need.
Have you had a PSA test?
It could be just something that happens to some men, in which case you are the lucky one, as Cialis has been invented. It's simply fabulous, if you want to have sex, then get up and take half of the lowest dosage, in 5-10 minutes you will be rock hard---only with stimulation. You can take a pill, and not have sex, then leave the house, as long as nothing mentally turns you on you will be fine, you won't know you took it. It stays in your system for 40 hours and if she comes around you'll rise to the occasion. Stay away from Viagra though, it makes you hard for 4 hours no matter what you are doing.
Good luck
