don't worry about the symptoms especially if you are african american. Go get a prostate screening just because all men should at some point in their lives. Do this not just for yourself but for your loved ones.I wish you the best. My husband was diagnoised with prostate cancer in 2003, had his prostate removed ..it had spread to his seminal vessel and now he is showing signs that it may have returned so please don't delay.what I will say is this type really carries no apparent symptoms which makes it even more serious.My hubbies appt. is for the end of the month ..
