Prostate

I am a 53 year old male and I am having to urinate almost every hour. What could be the cause. I also notice that I am feeling a lot more fatigue than usual.

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of frequent urination or fatigue in your case. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, inflammations, hormonal/ endocrine imbalances such as diabetes etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending of the cause diagnosed or suggested it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
