Thank you for your question. From your description of events, you symptoms are consistent with urethritis; an inflammation of the urethra. This often has multiple causes, such as STDs (gonorrhea and chlamydia are the most common causes); chemical irritation (soap or cleansers); manipulation of the urethra during intercourse or masturbation.
Burning upon urination should be promptly followed up with medical care and examination.
