celibacy and PSA rise?

I am a Christian who does not believe in sex outside of marriage.  After my wife passed away I became celibate for the last 4 years. At that time my PSA was 1.2 and had been in that range for most my adult life. After I became celibate for the 4 years my PSA jumped to 12.2.  I have heard that priests have the highest rate  of PC. Is there a relationship between celibacy and PC?
