my husband has had a not between is rectum and scrotum for about two years, it causes pain and causes trouble with bowel movements. he has had bleeding in the stool and sometimes has trouble urinating. the not is closer to anus and seems like it is getting bigger. could this be some kind of cancer or just a abscess.
