ejaculation after radical prostatectomy

I had aradical prostatectomy approx 5 years ago. ED is still an issue but helped with meds. My question concerns the recent appearence of seman or seman like fluid (white) with orgasm. Any thougts on what this could be?  Thank You

Radical prostatectomy removes the pathway by which semen is produced in the body. As a result most men experience a dry orgasm. As per your question, this is not semen but most likely secretions of the Cowper's glands.
