nerve damage after prostate cancer treatment

My fiance just had a prostate cancer treatment, i live in another country and he is not sharing much information with me.and i'm not comfortable with asking questions to him. his cancer was in prostate and also  damaged the nerve responsible for sexual stimulation .no i know that no erection is possible in the futre even in the long term, but does it have to do with osgasm also? also, this may sound silly, but how will that effect his feelings towards me?

Orgasmic dysfunction is a relatively prevalent problem in men after surgery for prostate cancer. These alterations include complete absence of orgasm, alterations in intensity, and orgasmic pain. This pain can be relieved by a drug such as tamsulosin.

Orgasmic dysfunction should not affect his feelings toward you.
