pain
I had my prostrate removed in the summer of 2002 and after that have experienced pain after sex which is moderatly severe, the pain is located in my anus area which I believe is where my prostrate was located. Please advise

It does not seem to be i relation to past surgery. It looks as too some condition in relation to bowel But still the possibility of recurrence could not be ruled out.

The pain may indeed be within the area of previous surgery. If it has been 5 years and the pain is only recent, you may need to be evaluated by a urologist. If there are problems with voiding, the pain ay be related to strictures. If it doesn’t seem to be associated with voiding, an evaluation for a risk of recurrence may be in order.
