prostate / urethra damage

About 3 months ago I was give a cystoscopy because the Dr. said I needed one on due to blood urine. So I agree and let him give me one. Since then I haven't felt the same with pain in the middle crown of my bullock and pain on the left side of my penis area. Could the Dr. have damage my prostate / urethra during the cystoscopy. Also at the time of the cystoscopy I had a enlarge prostate. Had my PSA number checked and it's point 67.  If he could have what symptoms would I be seeing or noticing?

The back pain would not be a cancer concern but a psa of 67 i would suggest a biopsy since it runs in your family. Have it done in a hospital where they can put you out and do a good search, not in the doctors office.

If its point 67 (,67) not 67 then your psa is very good as any number below 1 is perfect.

Thank you and it was point 67 but my father did have prostate cancer about 15 years ago. He currently 90 years old and doing just fine. My main concern however was the soft pain that I'm getting lower back between my bullocks. Is that a concern I should worry about?

Hi since the urethra is very sensitve some injury may have occured but i want to confirm that your psa is 67? As with the usual numbers, any psa like 5 would recommend a biopsy. What age are you and do you have a family history of prostate issues. What did the doc say about the 67?
