prostate cancer gleason's=5

hello a case has been diagnosed recently of being having a prostatic adenocarcinoma Gleason's score :2+3 on top of nodular adenomatous hyperplasia moderate degree of differentiation in which ther are areas consisting of single seperate and loosely packed glands infiltrating fused glands. Besides rest of postaticn tissue shows nodular adenomatous hypeplasia
he is a male 57years old
extremly obese has hypertension managed diabetes
can i know the percentage of success rate of such case

What is the patient's PSA, is there a positive family history of prostate cancer, what is the ethnic background?
