Hello.  Dr. Roque has given you excellent advice.  You have noted that your prostate is slightly enlarged.  It is our educated assumption that you have seen a doctor to make the determination.  The urinary urgency and/or not completely emptying your bladder especially at night could be due to BPH.  Please follow Dr. Roque's advice and see a urologist so that they can make the proper diagnosis and prescribe treatment.

Hi.  From what I understand, you're experiencing an urgency to urinate at night? Do you have a burning sensation when urinating, or are you urinating more frequently than normal during the night? These may be signs of an ongoing urinary tract infection. The symptoms you described could also be part of a beginning prostate problem.  It might be best to consult with an internist or a urologist so you can be properly evaluated and given the right medication.
