treatment option

My dad is 75 years old, recently diagnosed as prostate cancer T3b. PSA level is 15 (measured after 2 weeks of finasteride treatment), gleason score 8, MRI and ultrasound suggest prostate nodular protruding into bladder, and the tumor has invaded one seminal vesicle.
My dad has benign prostate hyperplasia for 15 years, otherwise very healthy.  Both his parents died at age of 97. We like him to live longer. What type of teatment can help him live longer? Radical prostatectomy+hormone treatment, radiation +hormone treatment, or some other treatments?
Thanks,
Brandy
