I underwent a turp op due to asap but the results were negative. My psa dropped from 5 to 1.07.Idont have a problem urinating but somethimes experience a uncomfortable feeling in my anus and simutaniously a pricking feeling in the tip of my penis. The dr said it would dissapear. The op was during July this year. Im curious as my dad and all his brothers died of prostate cancer fairly young(65-70)My dr assured me that I dont have to worry as long as I do the PSA regularly(every 6 months)I feel tired after the op and in a way a little depressed. Our sex life is also not what it was before but we both dont have a problem with it.I was curious of the prostate since my dad died and went to my urologist every year and since I turned 50 verey 6 months- I had 4 scopes and everytime all was fine.Do you think I have a reason to worry
