what is the correlation with granulomaous in the lung and prostate cancer

Unaware of any correlation. Granulomas in the lungs are sequela of prior remote granulomatous disease (e.g., inactive tuberculosis, histoplasmosis, sarcoidosis, etc.). Prostate cancer is separate entity.
