Chronic prostatitis or nerve damage?

by Alexandre81, Dec 11, 2008 12:00AM
Hello,
I'm a 27 years old man and I have been living with pelvic pain for more than two years.
The vague symptoms I had at first (general pelvic disconfort) was not enough to allow the doctors to come up with any serious diagnostic. Now, the symptoms are becoming more and more acute and new ones are emerging. I need some professional opinion and advice about my condition.

Symptoms I've had over the last 2 years:
-unbearable pelvic disconfort. Pelvic cramps.
-painful ejaculation, uncontrolled ejaculation, small amount of semen and low pressure.
-rectal fullness sensation (like a ball was trapped in there)
-constipation.
-itching sensation around the bladder, often accompanied with kidney pain.
-high frequency of urination.
-sensitive and slightly swollen groin lymph (sometimes)
-pain in the penis. Not necessarily in the uretha but more like a needle sensation.
-at some occasion, clear liquid coming out instead of seminal secretion.
-loss of libido.
-extreme fatigue and difficulty to stay focused.
-recently high temperature.

I suspect, maybe, a pudendal nerve damage or a tumor to be the cause of it all.

During the summer of 2006, I had a tumor surgically, 1 inch from the anus (between the anus and the testicules). For some reason, this simple surgery went wrong and the doctor had to make the suture "old fashioned way" as he said (by hand).

Since then, I started to have the symtoms mentionned above. First, just a mild pelvic disconfort and then lack of ejaculation control (which i explained by stress at the time..). Is it possible that some important nerves have been damaged in this area?

1 year before and after that surgery, I was having a sort of chronic diahrrea for which I did nothing until it finally disappeared after an antibiotic treatment (taken to treat another thing). I believe the "tumor" was maybe related to that.

SO, my question is:

DOES IT SOUND MORE LIKE:

A nerve damage?
A tumor growing inside?
Bacterial infection?
