Penis pain on both sides and slightly down the spermatic cord. 6 weeks of vibratabs followed again with no relief. So far the only thing that seems to help is taking 1

Penis pain/spermatic cord. Also if I go off the pills for more than 24-36 hours symptoms come back slowly. I have been checked for hernias, etc and nothing. My urologist says that prostatitis can affect the spermatic cord area, but there is no cure for a non bacterial problem if this is what I have.
Any Ideas? I am desperate to find an answer and I do not want to stay on anti inflammitories indefinately.

Thank you so much.
