cant live like this

hi...im an 18yr old male...about 4 days ago i got diagnosed with prostatitis.i had a physical and everything,my culture came back negative..but my prostate is enlarged...i have syptoms (symptoms) of urgency and and others no burning.im just wondering if it will ever go away..how long roughly,and how someone my age was able to aquire this.
im taking=apo-sulfatrim ds & ratio-tamsulosin...they have another long named under both of those. i only get them for 14 days  please reply soon
