Brian Tumor shown in CT scan?

Wife got a CT scan of her head for headache reasons.  When we got the CD with the images, the one of her head shows an light grey round mass (2cm x 2cm) The radiologist reported:

FINDINGS:
BRAIN: Unremarkable. No hemorrhage. No significant white
matter disease. No edema.
VENTRICLES: Unremarkable. No ventriculomegaly.
BONES: No acute fracture.
SINUSES: There is partial opacification of the paranasal
sinuses.
MASTOID AIR CELLS: Unremarkable as visualized. No mastoid
effusion.

Does this mean no tumor?  It doesn't allow you to post a pic or  I would to see it rather than describe it.

Thanks,
BLKelsey

Indeed, there is no tumor found.
The opacification of the paranasal sinuses could indicate that there is some sort of inflammation of the sinus area.
This could explain the headaches and often is treated with antibiotics.

Actually, the CT scan was uploaded as my proifle pic.  That's all I can do at the moment for visual help.
