CT scan without contrast
Hello,
I was hit by a car last month and the ER performed a CT of the head, neck, chest, abdomen and pelvis.  These were all done without contrast.  They  were read as normal.  I am wondering if a CT without contrast would show tumors, etc. if they were there.  Would the pelvic CT show if an ovary or uterus was enlarged?  Would they show emlarged nodes, etc.?  I figure since I had so many scans, it would be a nice reassurance to know that everything looked OK at that time if the CT would show it.   Thanks
