Can you help me understand my ultrasound results?

First a little info on whats been going on.  About a month ago, I suspected that I developed a UTI.  I went to the ER because it was the worst presumed UTI that I have ever had.  I peed in the cup, it came back positive for UTI.  I was given a prescription for Bactrim.  The burning urination subsided, but I still had a lower crampy feeling and low back pain, and some abnormal discharge.  I went back a 2nd time (maybe 3 weeks later) with the complaint of increase constant lower abdomen pain, low back pain, the discharge, and flu like symptoms.  Peed in the cup again... UTI.  Prescription for Cipro this time.  Finished the meds with no change except for a more painful lower abdomen.
~Went to my gyno and she did an exam.  She did some cultures, ordered blood work & an ultrasound.  She told me that my IUD was in the proper place, but it looked like there was some infection around it and she could see the discharge as well.  The gyno office called me back with the results and they told me that everything looked ok and that they would do another ultrasound and follow-up next week.  My CBC came back within normal range except for my Eosinophils % is High.  Normal range is 0.9-2.9 and mine is 5.6.  To my understanding, these are along the lines of what white blood cells do in attacking infection.

~My question is, how does this look ok?  I'm in so much pain and so frustrated!  Here are the major points in the findings:

Within the peripheral aspect of the myometrium, there are dilated arcuate veins.  Within the anterior uterine myometrium, there is an oval-shaped hypoechoic, but predominantly cysitc structure meauring about 9x5x9 mm.  This contains no internal blood flow.  The exact etiology of this small cyst is uncertain, but could be related to a prominent venous lake with slow flow.  No additional focal lesions are seen in the myometrium.

There are few small nabothian cysts noted in the cervix.  The left ovary measures 4.5 x 2.9 x 3.1 cm and contains a predominantly anechoic cyst measuring 3.2 x 2.1 x 2.4 cm.

Findings: 1. a small amount of fluid is seen in the endometrium which is nonspecific (I'm not pregnant btw, they did a pregnancy test when they took my blood).  2. Prominent arcuate veins in the myometrium and prominence of the veins in the adnexa.  This is nonspecific, but could indicate underlying pelvic congestion syndrome.

Then it goes on to state that this is uncertain etiology at this time, but could be further evaluated with MRI if the patient's IUD is MRI safe.

Any thoughts?  PLEASE REPLY!  I hurt so bad, (worse when I am standing up and worse with physical movement/activity) vicodin isn't helping and I just feel like the answer of "you are fine" isn't what is really going on.
