Can you provide me with a layman's translation of these CT Scan results

Lungs:  Dependent atelectatic changes are noted at the lung bases. Biapical pleural parenchymal lung changes are seen.  Peritoneal cavity: Small amount of free fluid is noted within the cul-de-sac.
Liver: There is a heterogeneous attenuation of the liver with several small hypervascular lesions. Above findings may be attributed to the technical factors related to the phase of injection. Small enhancing lesions of the liver cannot be completely excluded. A small cyst is noted of the liver. Diffuse heterogeneous attenuation of the liver with small superimposed hyperdense foci. While above findings may be artifactual nature related to the phase of, several small superimposed hyperdense hepatic masses cannot excluded.
