Does this CT scan w/contrast look odd?

I had a ct scan because i have a history of kidney stones, and i noticed the picture of my lungs looked a little odd. Should i be concerned?

I'm doing well, thanks for asking :) In the report it stated that i have calcified granulomas in both lower parts of my lungs and signs of calcified granulomas disease. I do get sharp pains in my upper side when i take a deep breath sometimes. I have had chest pains for over 10 years, no heart problems, and my doctors tell me its just heart burn, but it doesnt feel like heart burn. it feels like a lot of pressure and its hard to breath when this happens

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What are the symptoms present?  The picture of the lung is taken from the kidney reference point and may not look the same as the usual shot that we are familiar with. Also, if there was no mention  of findings in the Ct scan interpretation about the lungs, then this is nothing to be worried about. It is best that you discuss this also with your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
