Does this area look strange to anyone? (X-ray of rib cage)

I have had a slow growing mass area on my rib cage under my left breast. I have seen several different doctors who had 3 different opinions. I had an MRI done but the tech refused the contrast that was ordered and it said that it showed an area of prominent subcutaneous fat but that a lipoma could not be ruled out because I guess it couldn't differentiate it. The doctor who ordered that MRI stated it was a chest wall lipoma and sent me to a general surgeon who does some thoracic. He thought it was a chest wall change from the thoracic scoliosis in my spine. So I went to a spine orthopedic doctor who told me that he thought it was the rib cartilage sticking up beneath my skin. after this X-ray was taken the doctor who ordered the MRI said he thought there was a mass there. I have an arrow pointing to an area that I thought looked weird and not normal (I had requested my records because I'm moving back home.
