I'm trying to understand this radiologist report

Radiologist report states: IMPRESSION:
1. Acute reduced patellar dislocation. Specifically, 11mm patellar override of the lateral ridge of the trochlea, avulsion fracture of the medial patellofemoral ligament from the medial margin of the patella, a 44 x 35 x 30 mm bone bruise on the outer aspect of the lateral femoral cndyle and trochlear hypoplasia support the diagnosis.
2. Large hemathrosis in the suprapatellar pouch is secondary to the patellar fracture.
3. 46 x 17 x 16 mm Baker's cyst

What does all of this mean in non-technical terms?

It means
1 you have a broken kneecap.
The tendon that connects the kneecap to the lower leg has snapped of the kneecap.
2 You have bleeding inside the knee joint.
3 you have swelling (pocket of fluid) at the knee

Thanks. Is trochlear hypoplasia the same thing as trochlear dysplasia, and an innate defect of the knee? Or is the hypoplasia from damage taken to the knee?
The trochlea is a groove in the end of the upper leg bone wherein the kneecap (patella) can move.
When the groove is shallow, the kneecap can have a tendency to move sidewards. This is called trochlear dysplasia.

Hypoplasia means incomplete development or underdevelopment of an organ or tissue. I think this can not be from damage taken to the knee.
