MRI Brain/Orbit Scan results

Am wondering what this means...

Questionable focus in the left suprasellar fossa adjacent to the inferior surface of the optic chiasm and pre-chiasmal optic nerve encroaching upon the middle infundibulum without mass effect. This is only suggested on thin-cut coronal T1 weighted images and demonstrates increased signal intensity before administration of gadolinium. This is not specific in appearance. Additional imaging is recommended.

Mild mass effect on the inferior surface of the left optic chiasm and pre- chiasmal optic nerve cannot be excluded.
