Pregnancy problems and Radiology confusion... PLEASE HELP!

Went to ED at 4w 4D gestation, bleeding red blood, tiny clots and tiny grey tissue. 9+ home HCG tests. ED didn't pick up HCG on blood/urine. No sacred found, closed long cervix, endometrium 4mm, 3cm rt ovarian cyst, bicornuate/complete septated uterus, bled red 3 days brown spotting for 5 days. Radiologist recommended pelvic exam and follow-up HCGs from my doc... If I misscarried then why was my cervix long and closed and why did the radiologist recommend further HCG blood panels and a pelvic exam? Please help!
