Cisterna magna is normal cistern which means CSF spaces, many such CSF spaces are present in your brain, at times this cisterna magna which is present in posterior part of your brain, (specifically, it lies just posterior to the cerebellum) appears slightly more prominent than otherwise which is normal variant that is a finding without any implication it is called as mega cisterna magna. This is likely an  incidental finding in your case.
