pain after hip revision

I AM EXPERIENCING HIP PAIN 4 MONTHS AFTER MY HIP REVISION.  IT FEELS LIKE BONE PAIN.  I KNOW MY DOCTOR SAID MY HIP WAS LIKE A TRAIN WRECK, BUT DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE AN ANSWER FOR ME.  IT IS PAINFUL ON MY FIRST STEP AFTER SITTING. AND I HAVE FOUND I NEED MORE THAN A CANE TO WALK ANY DISTANCE. I AM BACK USING MY WALKER TO KEEP ME MORE BALANCED. IF IS DO NOT USE MY WALKER MY LOWER BACK ACHES ALSO.

I HAVE A PAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF MY BUTT THAT IS REALLLY PAINFUL AND WHERE HE PLACED A CLAMP IT SEEMS TO BE CATCHING ON A MUSCLE.

I TAKE PAIN MEDS BUT I DON'T KNOW IT HELPS THAT MUCH.  WIOULD A BONE SCAN HELP SEE IN THERE IS A PROBLEM OR A SMALL INFECTION???

HE DOESN'T THINK I NEED IT.
