MRI of Chest and Lumbar shows something weird

I had a MRI done in 2007 that shows spina bifida occulta in L5 S1 region, I also notice an area that shows something not normal. It is highlighted by the radiologist but never discussed with me. Recently I have had problems that made me reflect on these images. Who can I ask what these images are?
