Quick help on MRI images.

Can anyone take a quick look at the MRI picture in the link below and see if they see anything unnormal with the intestines (e.g. intestine position) in the area approx at the height 2 to 8 cm below the navel/belly button (encirled). It feels like something is jammed/out of position there. Not a diagnoses, just if there can be something unnormal. Would be very greatful for any reply.
