Ultrasound results

I went in for my 20 week ultrasound and was told I was measuring at 24 weeks and that my baby looked like he was measuring at 1lb 10 ounces already and that the lateral ventricle looked a little larger than it should be. I had a follow up ultrasound about 2 weeks later and it had gone up from .2 larger to .3 larger. I am scheduled to see a specialist next wednesday just to look over everything. The doctor did tell me that everything else looked fine and no other abnormalities were found. Should I be worried or concerned about anything serious?
