airport scanner - viewing organs

i walked thru an airport scanner yesterday in st thomas and they flagged me for inspection on my abdominal region.

do these scanners look inside the body at your organs and should i be concerned about a tumor or anything?

No they do not look inside, and no you should not be concerned.
