ct cardio angio scan

I got ct cardio angio done on 256 multi slice (siemens equipment).Report says calcium score zero. All arteries are normal. it also says motion artefacts seen in all arteries. My pulse was 53bpm.My question is in view of motion artefacts how reliable can this report be taken
