recent PET scan findings

Dear Doctor,

I recently had a full body PET SCAN performed as a result of a lung nodule discovery.

Mentioned in the findings is this:

Moderate tracer retention is identified within the renal collecting systems without evidence of hydronephrosis.

Bilateral renal hypodensities most likely representing cysts are identified.

Physiologic uptake noted within sigmoid colon.

I would appreciate if you could explain what these things mean...are there any dangers for me here?

What is meant by 'most likely representing cysts'? Could something else other than cysts be represented?

What does the colon finding represent?  Is there something wrong in my sigmoid colon?

Thanks, Ian
