I refuse to reply to any post that is about sex, period.  I think i am better at helping people with their relationship issues, and stuff like that.  I stay away from the things I know nothing about, unless it is to chime in and ask for more info.  Lord help me, I am STILL pissed off about last evening (see Gossip in Gen discussion).  If David had IGNORED those people, he wouldn't have had that big ugly argument on his hands.  Oh, well.

I agree with you. This forum is a great idea. I really like the title " Rant
and Rave".  I know what you mean about the vast amount of women
wanting to know if they are pregnant. I've stopped answering these
questions too because all I want to say is go to your family doctor
and get a blood test to see if you're pregnant. Then there are the
posts where some member will come on and say something like
well, I'm taking this certain medication but I also want to take another
certain medication. Do you think this is a good idea ?  To those sorts
of posts I will often give the name of a website where you can type
in the names of 2 medications and see whether they conflict and what
sorts of side effects there might be should you choose to take both of
them. There are also some medications which should never be taken
together and if I know this for a fact, I tell them that is dangerous.
Any posts that talk about , how shall I put it, stuff coming out from
a women's genital region, I automatically press ignore. Anyway, I
think I'm finished with my first rant.  Yes, thank you for creating this forum.
I look forward to hearing what bothers other members.  Eve

I think this forum is a great idea!  Now I can actually say all the things I cant on the medical forums.  What is it with the vast amount of women wanting to know if they are pregnant because they screwed up somehow with birth control???  Sometimes I see SO MANY that I want to shout 'GO TO SEXUAL EDUCATION CLASSES!'  It makes me so angry when people act so stupid about sex!  I quit feeling bad for them.  And I quit answering them.  In this day and age, EVERYONE has access to any information they need, right there on the Web.  Then there are the ones who come on here for attention, asking why they have this pain or that pain.  They are a waste of space.  GO TO THE DOCTOR, dang it.  The thing that 'grabs' me is when I see the young ones come on because their dad hit them, now they are injured, and of course dad won't take them to the doctor.  And Mom's not around cause she ran off with the mailman.  More stupid adults making life hard for kids.  THAT gets to me.  Alright, I'm done with my rant for now!  THANK YOU! - Blu
