After 5 years or so this is scaring me now

Why do my facial sinuses suddenly become extremely painful and my heart rhythm become chaotic so that it wakes me from deep sleep? This started out rarely but has become increasingly closer together. Last episode 30 days ago.Otherwise asymptomatic to cv/neuro change.

How are you? Chaotic or increased heart rhythm or tachycardia may be attributed to  disruption to the normal electrical impulses that control the rhythm of the heart's pumping action. This can be due to heart issues, high blood pressure, drinking too many caffeinated beverages, medication side effect, electrolyte imbalance, thyroid issues, and other underlying medical conditions. To determine the underlying cause, additional diagnostic tests may need to be done. To rule out sinus infection or inflammation, it is best that you have this checked also by your doctor for proper evaluation. A referral to an ENT specialist may also be requested.
