Amputation consideration

I was wondering if anyone has ever considered amputating their affected limb? I am trying to get my doctors to take my right leg because I am in a wheel chair, not getting any better just getting worse, tried everything, and I'm sick of them saying there is nothing else we can do. I have researched it and its 50/50 wether it spreads or its gone and you don't have it any more.

What other symptoms do you have? Pain I understand is one. Do you have problems sleeping? Do you have swollen glands? Do you have a rash anywhere at anytime?
